Filippa K Fall 2025 collection

Ahead of her Filippa K runway debut for Fall 2025, Anna Teurnell, the brand’s newly appointed creative director, envisioned a capsule collection that’s as practical as it is polished. “I wanted to create a wardrobe that works for everything from commuting to walking the dog,” she explained, referencing her own daily routine. This tightly curated lineup reflects Teurnell’s design ethos. “I prefer focused, intentional pieces over endless options,” she shared. “It’s essential to me that each piece has purpose and harmony on the rack, even if collections usually aren’t developed this way.”

At Filippa K, as in her personal line, Teurnell’s approach emphasizes gradual, thoughtful adjustments. A subtle taper of a pant leg or a shift in fabric weight is enough to make an impact. For this capsule, she brings in men’s corduroy suits and classic two-pleat trousers, styled with a bonded-leather shearling jacket and sneakers for an effortless feel. For women, she has embraced ’90s-inspired jeans with a straight, slim fit, perfect with a cozy mohair sweater or a suede shacket that feels soft to the touch. A standout piece is a camel peacoat with eye-catching banana sleeves, paired with a matching mini skirt that channels a playful, club-inspired vibe. “I can’t imagine Filippa K without a fun, flirty miniskirt like this,” Teurnell noted, reflecting on her own nostalgic style from that era.

The eveningwear is understated yet alluring, with options like sheer chiffon pants paired with a satin coat, and a little black dress featuring a deep V-neck and a long, elegant bow sash. “I love designs that offer a sense of coverage without feeling too bare,” Teurnell said. “It’s a touch charming, and it really speaks to the Filippa K spirit.”
