Fall winter 2025 Collection
Fashion is about confidence. It’s about strength, sophistication, and sensuality—owning your presence in every way. Nadège Vanhée captured that essence perfectly at Hermès this season, unveiling a collection that redefined modern power dressing. And what better day to do it than International Women’s Day?
Titled Leather Dandy, this collection wasn’t just about Hermès’ legendary craftsmanship—it was about a shift in attitude. By Look 6, it was clear: this was Vanhée’s most compelling work in her decade at the house. A cropped quilted jacket, unzipped over a sleek black turtleneck, belted high-waisted pants in glossy black glove leather—an “equestrian biker” aesthetic that felt effortlessly dominant.
Hermès has always been about the finest leathers, intricate details, and equestrian heritage. But this time, Vanhée leaned into a sharper, almost fetishistic edge—steering away from bourgeois polish and toward something far more assertive. The balance was key: powerful, but never excessive; minimalist, yet charged with energy.
Felt and brogue shoes were her starting point, but what unfolded on the runway was anything but ordinary. Deep-V leather dresses were tailored with precision, perforated with brogue detailing, and cinched with cords, loops, and tassels reminiscent of lace-up shoes. Strength and sensuality, structured yet effortless.
Standout pieces? A strong-shouldered collarless Spencer jacket in rich brown leather, featuring a saddlebag-style peplum cinched with a chrome buckle. A riding coat zipped up the back, revealing a quilted leather lining—then reappearing as a statement coat of its own. Leather hot pants, kick-flare trousers, and a lineup of tiny, ultra-desirable “petit sacs”designed to tuck under the arm. The showstopper? A sculpted, plum-mauve saddlebag with a silver horse-bit clasp—pure Hermès, reimagined.

More than just clothes, this was a statement. A fashion moment that pushed beyond the expected, embracing a fierce, modern femininity. In a world where power dressing is evolving, oversized silhouettes are fading, and precision tailoring is making a comeback. Vanhée set the tone—strong, sensual, and entirely in control.
And that’s exactly the kind of energy fashion needs right now.
